- Brahma Raina Review added: 2018.04.07★ ★ ★ ★ ☆A great castle. We were passing through and barely had time for a rushed visit to the castle, which did not it any justice.
Like almost all castles in the UK, this too is well maintained and looked after. What did cause some irritation was the unfortunate fact that the staff was not very friendly and misguided us and by the time we did realise our folly, pun not intended, a lot of time had been wasted.
From the castle we drove to the docks to catch the ferry to Ireland so I certainly intend to visit this beautiful castle again.
